'Self' and 'Self-Lessness'

'Self' entities do not exist in and of themselves – a Buddhist tenet. However, when the right components come together, a conventionally existing entity of an interdependent nature appears. 'Selflessness' implies that no ontologically independent self-entity exists. However, any existence, no matter how subtle it may be, always implies a 'self'-reference as its experiential centre. The participants will be led towards this deep understanding through theory and practice, to partake in this our inner wisdom of ourselves, for furthering the original inner strength of being.
