In the following pages I will make you familiar with a few ideas of the tibetan buddhist philosophy that have been adopted to an all-encompassing psychology and psychotherapy by Tarab Tulku.
Since we lost the ability to deal with dreams in our western philosophy (or non-philosophy if you like), we lost also a powerful way of dealing with problems in our daily life. Becoming lucid during our dreams means to enter a state of clarity and consciosness within sleep.
The techniques we use here are partly based on the Tibetan Dream Yoga practice and partly based on the pre-Buddhist Lucid Dream tradition. Employing these ancient dream methods in the real or in an imaginary dream state gives the practitioner a great opportunity directly and radically to deal with underlying key problems manifesting in the dream, that otherwise unconsciously rule our lives.
During the courses we introduce you to some of these techniques. Most important of all: you have to remember your dreams. If you do not, then you will be also teached to recollect your dreams when you wake up.
