Tarab Tulku has founded Tarab Institutes in different countries in Europe. The aims of these Tarab Institutes are mainly teaching, and training as well as research in Tibetan philosophy, psychology and psychotherapy Unity in Duality or U.D. for short. These teachings are based on theories transmitted and developed by Tarab Tulku XI. I will make you familiar with some aspects of these teachings in a few minutes. In our work we emphasize the comparision between Western and Tibetan philosophical, psychological and scientific theories. And we try to integrate them to achieve a way of psychotherapeutic approach that can be easily understood by western people. Finally the Institutes are responsible for the organisation of meetings, courses and conferences concerning the points above.
