Dear All,

We are very pleased to invite you to this special inauguration-program, at Tarab Ling, Research and Education Institute in Dehradun India. According to the wishes of the founder, late Tarab Tulku Rinpoche, we celebrate this opening with a program that opens the dialogue and exchange between Buddhism and the modern western world.

Hence we invite people of both East and West to join us in this program. Starting with the official inauguration ceremony, there will be a conference with Western scientists and Indo-Tibetans scholars exploring the common views of Buddhist inner science and contemporary science on the interrelated nature of existence and what benefits this can bring to modern society.

After the conference there will be a retreat with teachings from Professor Samdhong Rinpoche, on ‘Mahamudra’, and Lene Handberg.
