    EVENING PROGRAM

    Deva Premal & Miten.
    Global, spiritual musicians

Deva Premal & Miten Deva Premal (Germany) and Miten (UK) have travelled constantly for the last ten years - playing concerts and voice workshops in over 20 countries: a continual out-pouring of mantra and song...all within the realm of sacred silence.
Their life's work is to create spaces around the planet where the silence that follows the mantra is clearly tangible. They share the healing power of the voice, and the bliss that it brings.

Their CD's are best sellers, and their concerts have received great praise:
    - Joachim-Ernst Berendt: "One of the most beautiful concerts I have ever seen."
    - Gabrielle Roth: "This is the music of earth angels, sublime and transcendent, divine longing held in every note."
    - Elisabeth Kübler-Ross: "Wonderful music. Please promise me you will sing at my funeral."
    - Cher: "Deva Premal's CD is my favourite music for Yoga practice. I love it!"

    Min Tanaka
Min Tanaka Born in Tokyo in 1945, Min Tanaka is a pioneer within the vast landscape of dance. Since the early 1970's he has been developing Body Weather Research to explore the origin of dance through farming and dance in a mountain village in Japan. His recent activities include a solo within the Yoko Ono retrospective exhibition in USA, choreography for a version of Werner Henze's opera "Venus and Adonis" in Tokyo, tours in Europe and USA with works inspired by Goya's "Los Caprichos". He will present a major solo dance performance titled "Love-Dance School: Infant Body out of Joint" in Tokyo to commemorate his tie with his Butoh master, late Tatsumi Hijikata. He has been awarded "Chevalier des arts et de lettre" from France and was appointed as Master of the New Dance Department at the School of Dramatic Art in Moscow, headed by Anatoly Vasiliev.
